We’re honored to host a special exhibit by three extraordinary women — a mother and her two daughters — whose lives have been deeply shaped by art and music. This family’s creative spirit runs generations deep, with their home filled not just with canvases and instruments, but with the rhythm of shared passion. Their work reflects a lifetime of artistic expression, nurtured in a household where painting, playing, and performing were part of everyday life. This exhibit is more than a collection of artwork — it’s a celebration of creativity as a bond between generations.

Amanda Tyrpak Nolan

Amanda grew up immersed in creativity, guided by a mother who made art an everyday part of life. From an early age, she and her siblings had studio time, learned to handle art tools with confidence, and experimented with materials not typically found in classrooms. This early exposure cultivated not only skill but a deep appreciation for the impact art can have. Inspired by her upbringing, Amanda became a dedicated middle school art teacher, committed to encouraging students in creative problem-solving and self-expression. Beyond the classroom, she continues to explore her passion through personal projects, live event painting, and collaborations with local businesses — always dreaming and building new artistic possibilities.

Katlyn Tyrpak Stephan

Katlyn's love of art was nurtured by her mother, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for beauty, both big and small. Through art, Katlyn finds peace, joy, and a sense of being loved — a reflection of the encouragement and thoughtfulness her mother shared through creative teaching and simple, heartfelt gestures. From handwritten notes to shared discoveries, her mother’s consistent affirmations have left a lasting impression. Now a mother herself, Katlyn carries this legacy forward, hoping her work helps others spread encouragement and beauty just as her mother did for her.
