What to bring:

Blanket or bath towel to cover yourself when resting

A small offering such as: a flower, leaf, stick, stone or rock, a fruit, a piece of chocolate, a handful of nuts or grains, or anything that feels right to you

Please note: Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if that is your preference.
