In this healing circle, we will journey into the Akashic Records—the energetic field of wisdom often described as the library of human consciousness. It is a space for healing, insight, and a broader perspective on your life.
You’ll be guided to bring awareness to a question or area of your life and open to receiving intuitive insight in a way that feels natural and supportive. No prior experience is needed. Together, we’ll slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within you—creating space for clarity, reassurance, and a greater understanding of what you’re moving through.
We begin with a grounding tea ritual to help you arrive in your body and settle your nervous system. From there, we’ll clear and open the energetic field—working with crystals, breath, and intention—before moving into embodied practices, including movement and sound, to deepen your connection to the heart.
