Family fun yoga

Unknown.jpeg

Join Johanna Troelsch for a monthly workshop to explore and enjoy yoga as a family.  From tiny yogis to pre-teen yogis, everyone will learn and laugh in this 45 minute class.  Each month, there will be a theme that will keep you moving with poses, music, meditation and mindfulness games.  Every workshop will be an adventure filled with silliness, strength and that deep breath we all need to take.  Having the support of siblings and family members, we will learn to do team poses and creatively work through problems together. You'll be able to take these skills home and create your own peace palace, your own zen den for the summer. Namaste - we  look forward to lots of family fun!

About Johanna

Johanna Troelsch is a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience as a clinical therapist working with children, adolescents and families. Johanna completed a 250 hour yoga teacher training and later earned a kids’ yoga certification to expand her practices and combine her passions of working with children and yoga.

Johanna’s interest in yoga has lead her to expand professionally and personally. She completed a 10 day silent retreat, MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) courses, and earned a doula certificate through DONA International.  Of all Johanna’s interests and passions, her favorite role is ‘Mama’ to her four children.
